Is there a way to set a custom product search results/landing page? I’m thinking similar to how the age gate page is set up, where a page keyword can be applied under admin?

For product search results, you can set a page ID under Website Settings > Products > scroll down to the bottom of the first section section to “Wine Section Page ID”. (The page ID can be found in the Content Editor under Page Properties > Admin.) It’ll still need to be a product page to actually display the products, but this will give you a little more room for customization.
For normal content search results, you can specify the page in the Content Editor with the keyword of “Search”.
