Is there like some processes running in the wee morning hours that cause it to become unresponsive several times before 6am every weekday?
I log in, click “STORE”, it doesn’t respond (404). I log in again later on (once the login starts responding again) and then it happens again sometimes.
What are the hours of your website admin panel?
Yes there is definitely some sort of backend work happening around that time. You can see the giant spike in the response time on the status page.
Hi @tsartoris and @rmcguire - we do a daily code push around 4:40am PT that lasts about 10-15 minutes. This is when any scheduled changes go live and we reboot our servers for the day, so this is likely what you are experiencing. Does that match up with the time you’re experiencing issues?
