Email Conversation - Again

So last week, I placed some thank you gift orders and used MY email address in the bill to/ship to on the order… Shipping confirmation emails were sent to the email address in the customer’s account…

Why didn’t the confirmation emails get sent to me since my name was on the order?

Interesting - the intended functionality of our tools is to always send Shipping Confirmation emails to the email address recorded under Billing Information. It sounds like it’s doing the opposite for you. If you haven’t done so, please submit the Order Numbers that are behaving as you describe and we would be happy to troubleshoot further.
