Problems with Recent Ship Integration

My winery recently integrated with a new fulfillment company. Tracking numbers were imported into Wine Direct, but when I try to update the status (it’s not being done automatically) the following error message appears: “The URI requested is invalid or the resource requested does not exist.” If I do a manual update (edit), I have to add the carrier of choice in box first. Please give me any suggestions you may have to correct this situation.

Hi @Millicent - unfortunately, it’s hard to say based on just the error message provided. There may be some configuration issues in your settings when setting this up. Can you submit a ticket to support@winedirect.com with some details of the changes if you haven’t done so? We can take a closer look then.
