Does anybody know which Product fields are searchable? I’m trying to make a few items easier to find on POS, (wine key? corkscrew? wine opener? cork pull?) and would like to add some search terms.

The only searchable fields are product name and SKU. All other product fields related to the SKU profile will not generate a result when searching in the POS.
