We are currently running a promotion that is valid to club members only and for a one time use only. Is there an easy way to run a report of which club members have not use the designated promo code? I’d like to then add that group to a list to send an email of the “time is running out” sorts.
I don’t think so, but if you ran a list of club members, and use vlookup in Excel to compare that to order detail report (using the 1st promo column), then you might be able to create it that way. e.g. of all the active club member email addresses, which of them were not in the order details report having used that promotion.
Or send it to non-openers of the first email would be a way to capture most of them if the promo code were only distributed that way.
