We are shipping many will calls due to Tasting Room closure.
For these orders, UPS is not auto populating from ShipCompliant.
Has anyone else experienced this? I feel there is a disconnect since SC thinks the order is a pick up on property.
We have changed the fields of the order in SC to reflect In House UPS, Sent to Fulfillment, etc.
