Has anyone ever increased their prices of wine clubs? Do you have any recommendations or advice on the process?

Doing it after a long summer break is best. Post the reason for it on your club policy page. Be prepared for almost everyone not to notice, assuming it’s not a huge increase.
Another way to do it is to change from a fixed bundle price to a fixed discount on the components. Then you can float up as you raise prices on the components.
Also consider adding a new benefit.
You might also be able to change the bottles and frequency to soften the effect. A few years ago I changed from 2 bottle/6x per year to 4 bottles/4x per year. Shipping rates for 4 bottles is incremental from 2 bottles, so members saved 2 shipping charges per year and got more wine for their savings. I did send an email explaining this change and got zero pushback.
