Wine Club User Choice Min/Max Quantities

Greetings,

I have really strict allocations on my wine club and because of that I have to be very strict with the minimums and the maximums I allow my members to add onto their user choice club. Now, is there a way that we can highlight or embellish the Maximum quantities because I have received 10 emails from members saying that they received errors while trying to add wine to their membership when it is clearly do to the fact that they aren’t seeing the “maximum quantities”.

What can we do about this? I just want people to be able to see that they can only order a certain amount. I know I could write this in the description field that can say “MAX 3” in the description of the product. My issue is that there is something wrong in the programming of Vin65 because if we program in club processing that the Maximum is 3 … the drop down to select to add more wine should be limited to that number that we’ve programmed…

Anyone else feeling this?

Try setting the min to zero, and then the max to whatever it needs to be. When I left the min blank, it would just show () after the description… The drop down will still allow them to attempt to go over the max, but it appears specific to every line ‘(0 min, 3 max)’
