Admin Panel Order Process Error

Has anyone else received this error message while processing orders in the Admin Panel:

The webpage at https://siteadmin35.uswest.vin65.com/store/index.cfm?method=addAnOrder.payments&CFID=3856&CFTOKEN=18cdafab75e98d3c-8ABFF3D1-AF05-BC8F-9CCC13B28EA6FBF9 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

This isn’t happening on all our computers, but most of them (2 out of 3). I’ve been working with support on this for two weeks and not getting anywhere. I’m thinking it’s a computer setting somewhere. Has anyone experienced this?
