We’re now experiencing a problem that another winery was experiencing last week. Online orders are not going through and are getting stuck in pending. Luckily a client called us to tell us. How do we fix this ASAP?
If you provide an order number and winery name, we can help troubleshoot for you if you haven’t sent in a ticket already (it could be a number of things i.e. Vin65, payment gateway, compliance vendor, etc.)

@slourie I was able to find the error log for this scenario and it looks to be isolated to this particular customer as we don’t see any other recorded errors on your Website except for the four errors coming from her IP address. I am working with the programming team to find an explanation and should have an explanation for you shortly. Thanks for your understanding
