Anybody else still having the "Pending" Order issue

We’re still getting orders that are listed as “pending” even though they’ve been charged and sent to fulfillment for shipping. Anybody else still have this going on? Any news on a fix?

Curious who your Merchant Processor is.

Braintree… but I know this is happening with others as well. Seems to mostly be a result of transactions being completed on mobile devices at this point, but the transactions ARE completing through the merchant processing company and the timestamps are showing as completing in a timely fashion, but the orders aren’t completing on the vin65 side. Most of the time, the customer is smart enough to call in to see, but other times, they just try again and thus get double-billed

We have WorldPay and had the problem, where a user got a “declined” message via the Online Web Store… called us and place the order via Phone… but when looking at the original Web order, the Payment was actually successful… but the order was not…

WorldPay sucks.

Vin65 used to have Gateway status on their documentation site and WorldPay’s API would routinely have problems.

We do have the popular payment gateways on the status page today.

You used to have the metrics graph, though, so you could see how terrible they’ve been historically.
