Is anyone else hearing from customers that they are having troubles ordering online? I’ve had 3 in the last couple of days saying that just get a spinning wheel of death and they’re not able to place the order.
Yeah I’ve had many dozens of complaints, as well as Paypal transactions glitching out pretty bad. I put in a ticket with Wine Direct on Thursday, no response so far.
Maybe if enough people put in tickets, something will get fixed!
But us down as well. I’m thinking to start requesting additional server allocation during campaigns, but can’t recreate the issue. Website traffic isn’t out fo the ordinary at the time of the orders, nor are the orders from non-compliant states. The latest said they 'clicked to make a payment and get an error page", but the order has nothing noted in the ‘payment tab’.
