Buy a case, get a case for X?

Is there any way to do a promotion like this? I know about buy X get Y free, but what about Buy X, get Y for $Z?

Best I’ve come up with is making a bundle for the “Y” choice and instructing customers not to buy that product unless they also buy the “X” choice.

We have all of our bottles set up in the product brand bottle so this is how Id set it up. It forces the customer to choose 24 bottles and then you can decide the total percentage off.
