Can I reassign my WaitList contact type to another in one fell swoop? Rather than manually going in and changing 500?

  1. You can rename WaitList to (say) NoMoreWaiting, then create a new WaitList contact type.

  2. Look up “place into contact type” on the list builder doc page.
