Hmmm,
Does anyone else get a lot of contacts created that have a contact #, but no first or last name. Then they say 1st time customer, but they also have a last order which gives a date and amount.
But down in the order history there are no orders listed there.
It is also irritating when the card swiper only put the name in the billing name and not also in the contact name area. This requires the servers to type the person name into the contact name.
Any suggestions?
