Loyalty Point programs

Hello everyone, I hope this finds you well during these difficult times. I was wondering if anyone using WineDirect is currently using the built in loyalty program?

What do you like and dislike about it?

Does any one know the compliance for loyalty points within the state of California?

Do you only use it for club members? Do they like it?

Do you also use it for non club guests? Do you charge an enrollment or initiation?
