Print out customer contact info

I would like to present my on site customers with a contact sheet that prints out from WD with the customer’s contact info; billing and shipping address, email, phone numbers, dob, credit card, club, photo, and current club selection. This gives them the chance to update and modify while they are there. It’s like pulling teeth to get many folks to do that even though we remind them via email prior to club releases.

Is there a way to print out some or all of this?

I don’t think there’s an automatic way to print this directly from winedirect, but you could pull a list into an excel file then do a mail merge to make the sheet yourself.

You could export this from either ListBuilder or Reports, depending on which customer segments you’re looking at.
