We’re trying to create a page that is not visible as part of our public website. It needs to be only available via a link sent in an email newsletter. W don’t know how to do this. Advice please! Thank you.
Set it to “hidden”. Go from your dashboard to Content Editor > Site Pages > [select the desired page] > Page Properties (upper right) > Hidden Page (select ‘yes’).
Hidden pages are live, but they only show up when accessed via direct link. If you want further security (like limiting page access to club members who are logged in) you can go to the Security tab in the same Page Properties window and select Contact Types or Club Levels.
