I have several customers that have been flagged as more than 1 contact type. i.e they have been flagged as both direct customer and trade customer. Rather than amending each contact one-by-one, is there a way i can remove one of the contact types?
If you delete a Contact Type completely, that’s forever. If you have a short list of Trade then delete your trade type and recreate a new one and retag.
