Would love to learn how to tailor standard reports, especially the WSN report to fill certain fields.

Hey Barbara!

There are a ton of options that Vin65 has available for tailoring and filtering reports to suit the information that you need! Most of them can be found in the Customize Report section under the “Memorize” dropdown found on most of our reports. You can learn how to access the Customize Report section by checking out my video below!

Note, the CSV column will allow you to adjust which columns appear on the downloaded report.

Regrettably, the WSN report is limited to being able to adjust:

  • Timeframe of search
  • Completed/Submitted Dates of orders
  • The type of order that is brought into the report
  • The specific order status of the orders to be brought into the report
  • The allocation that you are looking to export (if applicable)
  • The specific shipping status of the orders to be brought into the report
