Next question would be what software you currently use for customer service? Many of them have chat products or integrations with chat products. Vin65, for instance, uses Intercom.
We just have Vin65 for customer service calls and emails. We are developing a new website, and we would like to add a chat service on our website.
Pretty much any livechat software will work with Vin65, I suggest you do what I did, and make a list, compare features, and then when you’ve narrowed it down, sign up for trials for a few. The real main difference is going to be the back-end experience, so pick something your support team will be comfortable using.
