Wine Direct Rate Card vs Actual Shipping Charges

I am going back through our UPS charges for shipping and there are some things that are not lining up with the Rate Card from Wine Direct and VIN65 we received. Who can I talk with about that to try and get some clarification?

@AdamAcampora - A while back the UPS program changed per UPS’s requirements and all shipments have been going under your direct UPS account, not WineDirect’s account. This means all rates are billed via your winery’s rate sheet, not the original WineDirect rate sheet.
