Admin panel is suuuuuper slow

Little tasks like modifying a Club membership are timing out and reports for the month of October can’t even load. Is it getting clogged with EOM reporting? We are hoping to process the Club tomorrow and want to make sure the system can handle it!

Seems like it is on Vin65’s side. We are all on different Admin sites (13,14, 8) and are all terribly slow. Embarrassing when you’re on the phone with a Club member and it takes forever to pull up their account.

There’s certainly something going on, it’s not just you.

There were “service disruption” flags a few minutes ago, and check the “Siteadmin - Response Time” is 1860ms.

That means it takes the servers 1.86 seconds to respond to every request sent to it. Doesn’t seem like a lot, but generally a page load will have multiple requests, which can really add up.

That being said, things seem to be settling down at this point.

Hey everyone! I can confirm that we were experiencing a fairly heavy load on our siteadmin servers. Our IT team is working to get the response time back down to an acceptable level, but it has already started to improve.
