Thanks for checking in, Ed. The maintenance conducted overnight was successful. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely today, and the system is running smoothly at present. We are working to update the status page, as well.

Carly - Curiously before I hadn’t been having much trouble, but now my POS is glacial and I’ve been experiencing timeouts on the admin panel. This in the last 10 minutes.

It would be cool if y’all could do something like this when outages occur:

@ElJefe Our system isn’t showing elevated POS response times, but we’ll make sure your account manager is aware.

Like that idea, @EdFarmCollective! Definitely worth considering and will pass on your suggestion.
