We want to add a code snippet to the header file of the website to capture an audience for remarketing - I’m unfamiliar with the Vin65 platform and am unsure of where to find the header file or an alternate to place the code?

What exactly are you trying to do? What code snippet and/or “remarketing” service are you referring to?
EDIT: I just saw the “Adwords” in the topic 
Yes, you should be able to insert adwords code into your site. This sort of thing is best left to a designer/developer unless you have working knowledge of HTML. It’s really easy to break everything.
