Someone will probably give a better answer, but most of this is in the content editor, in page properties. Products can have their own meta data, product categoreis, brands, etc. I think you could sum it up by saying that if an object in the admin panel of vin65 is capable of controlling the meta data of a page that gets indexed, the field is there for you to edit.

You can put some things in the “source” view of the content editor, too. One example I’ve done is og:image for open graph protocol. this can use an image when shared on social media that doesn’t necessarily appear on the page at all, or a variation of one that is sized better for sharing.
