Anyone else getting Declines w/ USAePay?

We cannot get anything to process, admin panel or POS.

We’re doing everything we can but it looks like a processing platform that USAePay uses called FirstData is down:

We are also experiencing declines. USAePay

@Erica @DPanella - It looks like transaction processing should be working again based on the updates we are receiving.

I’m going to throw this out here, because Andrew once said he wanted to do it, but would be sweet to have the option for a backup gateway. @Karson @SarahBarwin

Yes, we are in the middle of a 3 day event and credit card processing is down!!!

Credit card processing USAepay is down here in NY - help!!

With regards to this, how do you retry a declined card when service is down?
