seems to be back up again, despite what it says on the status website.
We just had the same problem with all transactions declining last Saturday (April 15), but when I spoke to USA Epay, they didn’t even see the declines come through. Meaning, the transactions weren’t even leaving the POS before declining. I have submitted a ticket, but have yet to receive a response. This seems to be happening when the tasting room is at its busiest. We’ve checked internet connectivity, iPad updates, etc. Any other ideas what might be happening? Thank You!
