Base 2 or 3?

Hello,

I’m looking at reskinning a site that was done on Vin65 before there was a mobile feature. What do you call that, Base 1? Should the site be upgraded to a Base 3 server, or stay where it is? Pros and cons?

You should design it on Base2, not Base3. Base3’s beta program is closed while we work on the features more.
