I am running the email detail report to then contact Wine Club Members that show bounced emails. Why would some of the “bounced” emails also show that they were opened? Is there some action I need to take?
That’s a weird one. It could be that the emails are soft bouncing, where they are opened at a server level, but never make it to the recipient because there is something wrong with the user account or mailbox.
If there’s a lot of them, it could be symptomatic of a bigger bug, though.
