We have about 300 old orders with no Shipping Status assigned. I’d like to fix those and start with clean slate at zero. Is there any way to do that to all orders in one go, rather than having to open every individual order, change status to Shipped, and assign a date? Thanks in advance for any tips.
Hi @Pete1 - From the Store tab, you could filter the orders by Shipping Status to reflect ‘No Status’ then use the check mark to select all of the orders, then hit Action > Change Shipping Status.
