I was wondering if anyone has experienced a problem that we a dealing with. A small number of our ship orders (maybe 1 in 10) has had bad tracking numbers uploaded after they are entered.
These look different from normal orders, because the tracking numbers have lowercase letters in them, and if you use WD to track them, show up with dates from 2009. If you use UPS - they just show up as invalid.
Has anyone had any experience with this, or have any idea what causes it or how to fix it?
