CellarPass vs Tock

Has anyone used both platforms for reservations? If so, pros & cons of each?

Any thoughts/feedback greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

We’ve used CellarPass, VinoVisit, and Tock, in that sequence.

Unless there is some niche feature you really like from the first two, Tock is going to beat them in every single way possible save for maybe price. Tock is a massive platform with a ton of resources and a significantly better integration with WineDirect. It has more features than most wineries ever need, but you can manage tables, ask guests supplementary questions, and SMS message visitors. CellarPass and VinoVisit, by comparison, are kind of janky.

The only downside is that if you ever were planning to leave WineDirect, they do have an exclusive integration agreement with Tock for a couple more years.

The only downside we’ve discovered with Tock is how they do reporting. I know that our accountant doesn’t like them at all for that reason.
