I ran the club and do not see that the members who credit card declined received and email. Is an automatic email that this program sends out? A little help here please.
Hi Susan, there is a system email option that has to be activated to send out these emails at whatever intervals you wish- your email documents should list your system emails that go out. Next to email documents is Action Emails that can be set up to auto send to remind members of expiring cards. Hope that helps.
The expired card email is different from an email about a declined card. Someone can have a declined card that is not expired.
