We need to be able to contact wine club members whose cards have declined. Short of going through each club and exporting it…it would be great if there was a report that would do this for us? Anyone know of anything?
@laura_lowell unfortunately, there is no report that will provide the information you are describing. We recommend you download the list of declines from Store > Club > Club Processing > Open the Shipment > Club Members tab > Download > Declines (May Include Expired) > Download. This would require you to go to each shipment but should provide you with a list of club shipment declines.
