I was looking at documentation for ‘Customer Credits’, we’d like to start a couple of accounts with credits on them. Do we need to activate or purchase this feature? I’m not seeing a way to start crediting accounts. If anyone knows how I can begin to do this let me know.
For some reason I think mine just showed up one day, but it is possible I signed up for them and have just forgotten (it’s been a bit crazier the last few months). The credits section is under credit card on customer account. If you don’t see it on the customers account you probably have to contact WD to get it turned on.
Thank you @LindseyW. That must be the case. I’ve tried emailing and calling support but haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully they will be able to turn it on for us.
