Hi everyone,
when looking up a customer in the pos, you find and select them, and underneath their name is says prospect. I would like to be able to change the “prospect” or “repeat customer” to say things like “industry” or “employee” how can I change this? i am not seeing anything in the documentation website.
If anyone has any input that would be great! Thanks!
Those are fixed, we have no control over them (I’d like on hold members to still show as club and not repeat customer, but…)
One way is to use a Flag note so it pops up in the yellow banner.

Darn I wish it was a simple fix. Smart thinking though to add a flag. I try and avoid doing any club member holds for that reason. I now just write them down on a piece of paper if they’re running a tab. Thanks for your help!
