We recently had over 200 members come off of hold status from our spring shipment on 9/1. Members are still showing as “Repeat Customers” when searching for them through the contacts page. Once I get into their account screen it does show that they are active members in all areas except for contact status. Am I missing a step?
WineDirect keeps having an issue where the process that goes in and updates these statuses either breaks or they turn it off to reduce server load. Once they turn it back on, all these statuses will update.
