Mass Credit Card Declines

Hello, I am processing our wine club shipment and 267/298 club members cards were declined. This cannot be correct, and I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue today? I am nervous to rerun the club in case there was a glitch and the members were actually charged. We use authorize.net as our processor.

I called and emailed support but no response yet.

  1. Are you sure the declines aren’t actually errors? Like insufficient inventory?

  2. If not, did you recently change your merchant processor or payment gateway?

Hi @EdFarmCollective , Thanks for your response. We just found out that it is an error with our payment gateway (authorize.net) and there was a flag because of too many credit cards being run within the same hour. All fixed now. Appreciate it!
