Just contemplating how an email can show it was opened and be soft bounced at the same time…
Superposition emails? Is that what they mean by quantum computing?

Email reaches recipient’s mail server, but is unable to deliver to inbox on first attempt, which sends soft bounce messaging back to SendGrid. Mail server tries again to deliver message to recipient inbox and is successful. Email is opened, which is logged with SendGrid.
