Entering Customer details once a transaction has been processed on POS as a Guest Customer

Hi there,

I’m hoping someone can give me advice on the best process to go back and enter customer details into the iPad once a transaction has been processed as a “Guest Customer”? Our cellar staff have been going back thru the admin panel and finding the order and attaching it to a newly created contact, but this can be time consuming and requires several steps.
The reason they do this is they are finding they don’t have the time to enter personal details, so ask customers to fill in a paper order form and then go back and enter their details later when it’s not busy.

In the admin panel you can reassign a contact on an order, or change it from Guest Customer to a different contact: https://community.vin65.com/t/non-taxable-sales-qnr-sales/334/4?u=sean.

It can’t be done on the iPad/POS, though.
