Where do I pull a full list of all emails that have bounced from a specific club campaign?
I used to receive individual emails of bounces but don’t seem to get those any longer either.
You’re talking about the SendGrid bounces? Who hosts your company’s email?
Check your spam for the bounce emails, that’s where mine go.
If you still need a list, List Builder will do it.
Yes, I am assuming the list would be compiled by sendgrid.
I would love to contact anyone in the club and correct the email address but cannot find a way to access the bounces. The email send analytics show you the number and percentage of bounces but don’t seem to go anywhere else.
They used to go to spam, but they seemed to just stop coming at all. In my last two email sends there have been no notifications! Thank you Eljefe!! List Builder is exactly what I was looking for
