A refund was done for a member. However, as each item was individually being refunded, the shipping charge was missed by mistake. Is there a way to refund shipping when the “refund order” is no longer an option on the order?
You have to do any additional refunds via the gateway.
(“Refund/return all” is on my top ten list of needed features. I confess I just get lazy and cancel the order.)
