How to add captcha component in a contact form?

I saw blog, and product review both have the captcha component in the form. Does anyone know how I can put this in a normal contact us form?

Hi, I don’t believe you can. One possible workaround is have a field that says “Humans - Leave this field blank” and then you can run a report of people that filled in that field and delete them, or if you work off email receipts of those you could just ignore emails that contain a value in that field.
