We have just activated the restaurant features in WineDirect. I found an app that looks like it might work since it emulates a receipt printer on the network. It is called ChefTab. I spoke with someone at ChefTab who says that they are “fairly certain” that it will work with WineDirect based on the information that I could provide. However, they can’t be 100% sure until it is tried out since they do not know enough about WineDirect in particular. Does anyone use a digital kitchen display system with WineDirect’s restaurant features rather than a receipt printer? Any thoughts or suggestions?
