I sent a list clean to update my members list 2 days ago, but still yet to hear anything. A list clean doesn’t usually take so long - when can I expect it to be finished?
Check you notifications folder. I have WD notifications go to a folder in out look or my inbox would be jammed with everything we do… they should usually be done within 10 min or less depending on the size of you list. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip. I will double check, but if I go to send the email to this list it is still telling me it is not clean. I lodged a support ticket yesterday but have no answer (or even an acknowledgement) of it as yet.
