Is there a way to generate number of orders from a report?
Sales Summary does it by order type. The standard Order by Ship/Pickup Date will spit out a line for reach order, so all you have to do is count the rows.
Alternatively, the Daily Activity Report found under Reports > Financial > Daily Activity will have “Number of Orders” in the Order Summary section of the report
