Hey Vin65 Users,
I regularly receive questions regarding opening and closing cash counts and I wanted to pass on this spreadsheet that I have used in the past to keep an eye on the cash amounts at the beginning and the end of the day since this is not entered in the Vin65 POS. The coins and bills can be entered into the sheet numerically and it will calculate the totals.
To get the “Vin65 Cash Total” for entry into the spreadsheet, I recommend going to Reports > Sales and downloading the Daily Activity Report for a quick summary. You may want to expand on this spreadsheet by adding fields to keep track of deposits or withdraws.
