Hi @bailey - you can do this by going to Dashboard > Notes > Advanced > Set Type to Flag > Set Related To: Contact > Search. This should compile a list of all Flags assigned to a Contact. On the right hand side, you should see an option to Export Notes. This will provide you with an Excel Spreadsheet with the Notes and Customer Names.
